Play and Youth Club Worker (SEASONAL) £8.21/hr

When: Saturdays, Sundays, after school hours and weekdays during school holidays

White Lodge supports disabled children, young people and adults, families and carers in Surrey and the surrounding areas

We are looking for exceptional Play and Youth Workers to support members in accessing a range of youth and leisure activities at our various clubs. The Play and Youth Club Worker will be enthusiastic and shall bring such fun to our many clubs, ensuring all members enjoy themselves in a safe environment. Our Play and Youth Club Workers will believe in the organisations vision in delivering a service that is inclusive, diverse and offers equal opportunities.

As a Play and Youth Worker, you must:

  • Have experience working with teenagers with disabilities
  • Able to plan and provide a variety or leisure activities whilst supporting members in accessing the community
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Have enthusiasm to lead activities and develop the service
